Healing

As the saying goes – what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

The past few days have been hard.

A major life event – e.g. a loss, a relationship break-up – makes you question your whole existence and the meaning behind your life.

I’ve been off work for the past 2 days, signed off with an acute stress reaction 2 days ago. But right now I feel ok.

Today I’ve been swimming, I’ve been to a yoga class, I’ve spent time in my garden and felt the sun on my skin. Right now I’m watching some sparrows courting.

Life is good. I will come out the other side of this.
